School of osteopathic medicine means a legally chartered osteopathic school or college which: 1. Is accredited by the Bureau of Professional Education of the American Osteopathic Association; and 2. Requires as a prerequisite to graduation with the degree of doctor of osteopathy or doctor of osteopathic medicine actual attendance at the school and successful completion of its curriculum.
