Nevada Code § 633.091

Osteopathic physician defined

Osteopathic
physician means a person who:
1. Is a graduate of an academic program
approved by the Board or is qualified to perform medical services by reason of
general education, practical training and experience determined by the Board to
be satisfactory; and
2. Has received from the Board a license
to practice osteopathic medicine.
