1. The Board shall cause the prosecution of all persons violating the provisions of this chapter. 2. The Board, or any person designated by the Board, may prefer a complaint for violation of NRS 632.285 , 632.291 , 632.296 or 632.315 before any court of competent jurisdiction, and it may take the necessary legal steps through the proper legal officers of this State to enforce the provisions thereof.
