Schools of practical nursing or professional nursing: Ratio of faculty members to students for course providing clinical training

1. An approved school of practical nursing
or an approved school of professional nursing may determine the appropriate
ratio of faculty members to students for a course that provides clinical
training, provided that such a ratio not exceed 1 member of the faculty for
every 12 students.
2. The Board may not impose requirements
that are more stringent than the requirements of subsection 1 concerning the
ratio of faculty members to students for a course to which that subsection applies.
