1. The Board shall meet at least three times a year at approximately 4-month intervals for the purpose of transacting such business as may properly come before the Board. 2. The Board shall hold not less than one examination each year at such times and places as the Board may determine. 3. Special meetings of the Board may be held on the call of the President or upon the call of any three members. A written notice of the time, place and object of any special meeting must be mailed by the Executive Director to all members of the Board who are not parties to the call at least 15 days prior to the day of such meeting. 4. A majority of the Board constitutes a quorum at any meeting.
