Officers; Executive Director

1. Each year at a meeting of the Board, to
be held in accordance with NRS 632.070 ,
the Board shall elect from its members a President, a Vice President and a
Secretary.
2. The Board may appoint an Executive
Director who need not be a member of the Board. The Executive Director
appointed by the Board must be a professional nurse licensed to practice
nursing in the State of Nevada. The Executive Director shall perform such
duties as the Board may direct and is entitled to receive compensation as set
by the Board. The Executive Director is entitled to receive a per diem
allowance and travel expenses at a rate fixed by the Board, while engaged in the
business of the Board. The rate must not exceed the rate provided for state
officers and employees generally.
