Nevada Code § 631.3455

Unlicensed person or entity not precluded from providing goods or services for support of business of dental practice, office or clinic in certain circumstances

Nothing in
this chapter precludes a person or entity not licensed by the Board from providing
goods or services for the support of the business of a dental practice, office
or clinic if the person or entity does not manage or control the clinical
practice of dentistry. Such goods and services may include, without limitation,
transactions involving:
1. Real and personal property, other than
the ownership of the clinical records of patients; and
2. Personnel, other than licensed
dentists, dental hygienists, dental therapists and expanded function dental
assistants.
