Restorative dental hygiene means the performance of educational, preventative, therapeutic, palliative and restorative treatment of intraoral or extraoral procedures under the supervision of a dentist or as otherwise authorized pursuant to this chapter by a dental hygienist who holds a special endorsement issued pursuant to NRS 631.288 .
