Sufficiency of allegations in application for injunctive relief

In seeking injunctive relief against any
person for an alleged violation of this chapter by practicing medicine, genetic
counseling, perfusion or respiratory care without a license, it is sufficient
to allege that the person did, upon a certain day, and in a certain county of
this State, engage in the practice of medicine, genetic counseling, perfusion
or respiratory care without having a license to do so, without alleging any
further or more particular facts concerning the same.
