The Board shall adopt regulations regarding the licensure of perfusionists, including, without limitation: 1. The criteria for licensure as a perfusionist and the standards of professional conduct for holders of such a license; 2. The qualifications and fitness of applicants for licenses, renewal of licenses and reciprocal licenses; 3. The fee for the reinstatement of expired licenses; 4. The requirements for continuing education for the renewal of a license; 5. A code of ethics for perfusionists; and 6. The procedures for the revocation, suspension or denial of a license for a violation of this chapter or the regulations of the Board.
