1. Except as otherwise provided in subsections 4 and 5, in addition to the fees established pursuant to subsection 1, the Board shall charge and collect necessary and reasonable fees for the expedited processing of a request or for any other incidental service the Board provides. 3. The cost of any special meeting called at the request of a licensee, an institution, an organization, a state agency or an applicant for licensure must be paid for by the person or entity requesting the special meeting. Such a special meeting must not be called until the person or entity requesting it has paid a cash deposit with the Board sufficient to defray all expenses of the meeting. 4. If an applicant submits an application for a license by endorsement pursuant to NRS 630.1607 or 630.2752 , the Board shall collect not more than one-half of the fee set forth in subsection 1 for the initial issuance of the license. 5. If an applicant submits an application for a license by endorsement pursuant to NRS 630.2751 , the Board shall charge and collect not more than the fee specified in subsection 1 for the application for and initial issuance of a license. 6. The amount of the fee specified in subsection 1 for the biennial registration of a physician assistant who is on inactive status must not exceed one-half of the amount of the fee for the biennial registration of a physician assistant who is on active status.
