Written order of superintendent constitutes warrant for arrest; execution of order

1. The written order of the superintendent
of a facility is a sufficient arrest warrant for any peace officer to return a
child who has escaped from the facility.
2. Each peace officer shall execute such
an order in the same manner as is provided for the execution of criminal
process.
