Nevada Code § 63.410

Commitment of female child to facility outside State or to private institution in State

Upon
the written request of the superintendent of a facility, at any time either
before or after commitment of a female child to the facility, the juvenile
court may order the child committed to:
1. A facility outside the State of Nevada;
or
2. A private institution within the State
of Nevada.
