Commissary fund

1. The commissary fund is hereby created,
and must be used:
(a) To purchase supplies and materials for resale
to the children of a facility;
(b) To provide money for needy children of a
facility; and
(c) For other incidentals as may be deemed
necessary by the superintendent of the facility.
2. The superintendent of a facility shall
deposit any money received for the commissary fund in a qualified financial
institution.
3. The superintendent of a facility may
maintain a small sum of money which is received for the commissary fund as
petty cash at the commissary or store.
4. All money drawn from the commissary
fund must be repaid if possible.
