1. The superintendent of a facility shall develop and implement a plan for the care of children in the facility during disasters. The plan must be developed and implemented in accordance with the plans and regulations adopted pursuant to NRS 432.400 and 432.410 . 2. As used in this section, disaster has the meaning ascribed to it in NRS 432.400 .
