Housing and other perquisites for employees; report to Legislature

1. If the superintendent of a facility
determines that it is necessary or desirable that any employee reside at the
facility, the Administrator of the Division of Child and Family Services may
grant perquisites to the employee or pay for services rendered to the employee.
2. The Administrator of the Division of
Child and Family Services shall submit to the Director of the Department of
Human Services, for transmission to each regular session of the Legislature, a
report of any perquisites granted to an employee and any payments made for
services rendered to an employee.
