1. If a residence is available on the grounds of or near a facility, the superintendent of the facility shall reside at the residence, as provided for in this section. 2. In addition to the superintendents salary, the superintendent of a facility is entitled to: (a) The use of a residence on the grounds of or near the facility, if such a residence is available, which must be maintained by the State of Nevada. (b) Heat, electricity and water for the residence. (c) The use of any appliances and furnishings for the residence which are reasonably necessary, as determined by the Administrator of the Division of Child and Family Services. (d) Meals at the facility without charge when supervising personnel or children. 3. The superintendent of a facility shall not receive any perquisites except those provided for in this section.
