1. The provisions of NRS 629.101 to 629.201 , inclusive, do not apply to any action taken by an insurer or a third-party administrator relating to a policy that provides coverage for long-term care or disability income. 2. As used in this section, third-party administrator has the meaning ascribed to it in NRS 616A.335 .
