Complete plans and specifications defined

Complete plans and specifications means all
written instruments, diagrams, drawings, notations, provisions, statements and
lists of materials used by artisans, workers, contractors or subcontractors in
the construction, repair, alteration or improvement of premises and approved by
the appropriate city or county board, agency, commission, building department
or council and upon which the building permit has been issued.
