Nevada Code § 625.154

Duties: Examinations for license

1. The Board shall hold examinations of
applicants for licenses at least once each year in localities determined by the
number of applications received.
2. The examinations must be written and
administered in English.
3. The Board shall not prohibit an
applicant for a license from taking a regularly scheduled examination for that
license solely because the Board failed to review the applicants application
before the examination. If the Board prohibits an applicant for a license from
taking the examination in violation of this subsection, the Board shall hold or
cause to be held an examination for the applicant within 30 days after the
violation occurs.
