Designation of Attorney General as legal adviser

1. The Attorney General is hereby
designated as the legal adviser of the Board.
2. Subject to the provisions of NRS 622A.200 and 622A.210 , nothing in this section shall
be construed so as to prevent the Board from employing legal counsel as
provided elsewhere in this chapter.
