Regulatory body defined

Regulatory
body means:
1. Any state agency, board or commission
which has the authority to regulate an occupation or profession pursuant to
this title; and
2. Any officer of a state agency, board or
commission which has the authority to regulate an occupation or profession
pursuant to this title.
