1. If a worker other than a supervisory employee fails to present his or her employer with a current and valid completion card for an OSHA-10 course as required pursuant to NRS 618.9911 , the employer shall suspend or terminate his or her employment. 2. If a supervisory employee on a site fails to present his or her employer with a current and valid completion card for an OSHA-30 course as required pursuant to NRS 618.9911 , the employer shall suspend or terminate his or her employment.
