Notice of intent to suspend or revoke license; hearing

1. If the Division intends to suspend or
revoke a persons license, the Division shall first notify the person by
certified mail. The notice must contain a statement of the Divisions legal authority,
jurisdiction and reasons for the proposed action.
2. A person is entitled to a hearing to
contest the proposed suspension or revocation of the persons license. A
request for such a hearing must be made pursuant to regulations adopted by the
Division.
3. Upon receiving a request for a hearing
to contest a proposed suspension or revocation, the Division shall hold a
hearing within 10 days after the date of the receipt of the request.
