Hearings; judicial review

1. An individual with a disability
applying for or receiving vocational rehabilitation services from the Bureau
who is aggrieved by any act, determination or omission of the Bureau is
entitled, in accordance with regulations, to a fair hearing before a hearing
officer.
2. An individual with a disability who is aggrieved
by the decision of a hearing officer is entitled to judicial review of the
decision in the manner provided by chapter 233B of NRS.
