Nevada Code § 615.250

Receipt and disbursement of money

1. The State Treasurer is designated as
custodian of all money received from the Federal Government for carrying out
the purposes of this chapter or any agreements, arrangements or plans authorized
thereby.
2. The State Treasurer shall make
disbursements from that money and from all state money available for the
purposes of this chapter upon certification by the designated official of the
Bureau.
