Nevada Code § 615.190

Duties of Bureau

The
Bureau shall:
1. Take action necessary or appropriate to
carry out the purposes of this chapter;
2. Cooperate with other departments,
agencies and institutions, both public and private, in providing for the
vocational rehabilitation of individuals with disabilities, in studying the
problems involved therein, and in planning, establishing, developing and
providing such programs, facilities and services as may be necessary or
desirable; and
3. Provide intensive programs of
education, training, job development, physical restoration and such other
services and equipment as may prepare individuals with disabilities to engage
in competitive integrated employment.
