1. To the extent required by 34 C.F.R. 361.50, the Division may adopt, amend and repeal policies concerning the nature and scope of vocational rehabilitation services provided to individuals with disabilities. 2. Any adoption, amendment or repeal of a policy pursuant to subsection 1 must occur at a public meeting held in compliance with the provisions set forth in chapter 241 of NRS concerning open meetings.
