The Labor Commissioner: 1. Shall administer the provisions of NRS 611.400 to 611.490 , inclusive, and may adopt reasonable regulations to carry out those provisions. 2. May investigate compliance with or enforce any provision of NRS 611.400 to 611.490 , inclusive, and any regulations adopted pursuant thereto.
