Statement of existence of labor dispute to be furnished applicant; retention of signed copy

An
employment agency shall not knowingly send an applicant to any place where a
strike, lockout or other labor trouble exists without furnishing the applicant
with a written statement of such fact, a copy of which statement, signed by the
applicant, shall be kept on file for 1 year.
