Refunding of fee paid by applicant

1. If the applicant paying a fee fails to
obtain employment, without fault refuses to accept employment, or is employed
and the employment lasts less than 7 days, the employment agency shall repay
the amount of the fee to the applicant.
2. A refund must be made to an applicant
for employment, if the fee was paid:
(a) In cash, within 72 hours;
(b) By a check drawn on a bank located in this
State, within 14 days; or
(c) By a check drawn on a bank located in another
state, within 30 days,
after the
applicant requests the refund.
