Records: Maintenance and retention; contents; false entry prohibited

1. Every licensee shall keep, for 2 years,
a record of every applicant for employment who secures employment through the
services provided by the licensee. The record must include a copy of the:
(a) Invoice given to the applicant for employment
pursuant to NRS 611.180 ;
(b) Application for employment submitted to the
employment agency by the applicant;
(c) Receipt given to the applicant for the
payment of any fees pursuant to NRS 611.200 ;
and
(d) Contract between the applicant and the
employment agency.
2. A licensee shall not make any false
entry in these records.
