If the Director adopts regulations establishing the minimum wage which may be paid to a home care employee pursuant to NRS 608.670 : 1. Each home care employer shall pay to each home care employee of the employer a wage of not less than the minimum wage established by regulation of the Director pursuant to NRS 608.670 . 2. It is unlawful for a home care employer to employ, cause to be employed or permit to be employed, or to contract with, cause to be contracted with or permit to be contracted with, any home care employee for a wage less than that established by regulation of the Director pursuant to NRS 608.670 .
