As used in NRS 608.300 to 608.330 , inclusive, unless the context otherwise requires: 1. Artist means an actor, actress, musician, dancer or athlete. 2. Production means a stage production, concert, trade show, exhibition, convention or sporting event. The term includes the technical personnel used to create and produce the production. 3. Producer-promoter-employer means a natural person who, or a firm, association or corporation which, supervises or finances a production or attempts to organize a production.
