Nevada Code § 608.280

Proceedings against district attorney to be instituted by Attorney General

When a complaint
is made to the Attorney General by the Labor Commissioner or by an aggrieved
person that any district attorney has been guilty of a willful violation of NRS 608.270 , the Attorney General shall
make an investigation of the complaint, and if, after such investigation, the
Attorney General is of the opinion that the complaint is well founded, the
Attorney General shall institute proceedings against the district attorney for
the enforcement of the penalties provided in NRS
608.270 .
