Certified copies of certificate and register entries prima facie evidence

A copy of the certificate
so filed and copies of the entries in the county clerks register, when duly
certified by the county clerk as true and correct, shall be prima facie
evidence of the facts stated therein and admissible in evidence in all courts
of this state.
