Any person acquiring containers, supplies or equipment marked as provided in NRS 600.050 , by purchase or other lawful means, is not required to file and publish the description again, but may acquire as a part of the purchase all such benefit as the vendor has under NRS 600.050 to 600.120 , inclusive.
