Utility rates disclosure required in agreement in certain circumstances

If an agreement for
the lease or purchase of a distributed generation system or if a power purchase
agreement makes a written reference to the price of electricity that is
provided by an electric utility, the agreement or power purchase agreement, as
applicable, must also provide, in 12-point font, a disclosure in substantially
the following form:
Actual utility rates may go
up or down and actual savings may vary. For further information regarding
rates, you may contact your local utility or the Public Utilities Commission of
Nevada.
