1. Any waiver by a buyer of the provisions of NRS 598.746 to 598.777 , inclusive, is contrary to public policy and is void and unenforceable. Any attempt by an organization to have a buyer waive rights given by NRS 598.746 to 598.777 , inclusive, is unlawful. 2. In any proceeding involving NRS 598.741 to 598.787 , inclusive, the burden of proving an exemption or an exception from a definition is upon the person claiming it.
