Revolving account for Consumer Affairs Unit: Creation; duties of Director or designee; deposits; use

1. There is hereby created a revolving
account for the Consumer Affairs Unit of the Department of Business and
Industry. The account must be administered by the Director or his or her
designee.
2. The Director or his or her designee
shall deposit any grant of money received by the Unit into the account, and any
money in the account must be used solely to defray the costs and expenses of
the Unit.
3. The Director or his or her designee
shall deposit any administrative fines received by the Unit into the State
General Fund.
