Attorney General is Boards legal adviser

The Attorney General for the State of Nevada
and the Attorney Generals duly appointed deputies shall be the legal advisers
of the Board on all matters, of every kind and nature, arising in the
administration or enforcement of the provisions of NRS 590.465 to 590.645 , inclusive, or the rules,
regulations or specifications promulgated hereunder.
