Nevada Code § 590.595

Licenses nontransferable; notification of transfer or change in ownership; license fees nonrefundable

1. Any license issued under the provisions
of NRS 590.465 to 590.645 , inclusive, shall not be
transferable by the licensee or licensees to any other person, firm,
association, partnership or corporation, and it shall be valid only for the
particular premises and particular persons described therein.
2. Whenever there is any transfer or
change in the ownership such change must be reported to the Board within 30
days.
3. No license fee paid under NRS 590.465 to 590.645 , inclusive, shall be refunded
whenever any license issued has ceased to be valid either because of a
voluntary transfer of any nature, revocation under the provisions of NRS 590.465 to 590.645 , inclusive, death, insolvency,
assignment for the benefit of creditors, or for any other reason.
