Regulations regarding safety; inspections; programs on safety

1. The Board shall adopt regulations
regarding safety for all:
(a) Systems for the distribution of liquefied
petroleum gas to nine users of liquefied petroleum gas or less;
(b) Tanks and appliances for liquefied petroleum
gas; and
(c) Suppliers and distributors of liquefied
petroleum gas to any person or any system for the distribution of liquefied
petroleum gas.
2. The Board shall:
(a) Provide for the regular inspection of all systems,
containers, apparatus and equipment for the storage, distribution,
transportation, dispensing or use of liquefied petroleum gas.
(b) Employ such qualified inspectors as are
necessary to carry out the provisions of paragraph (a).
(c) Conduct programs on safety relating to
liquefied petroleum gas for volunteer firefighters and groups of persons who
use liquefied petroleum gas.
