Size of letters, words, figures or numerals indicating total price per unit of measure of motor vehicle fuel

All
letters, words, figures or numerals used on the advertising medium referred to
in NRS 590.160 to 590.330 , inclusive, to indicate the total
price per unit of measure, including taxes, of motor vehicle fuel sold or
advertised for sale must be uniform in size and must be at least 6 inches in
height, and the height must not be more than twice the width. If a fraction is
used on a price sign, the combined height of the numerator and denominator must
be of the same height and design as the other numerals indicating price.
Numerators without denominators must not be used for fractions.
