1. The State Sealer of Measurement Standards shall adopt regulations establishing a schedule of civil penalties for any violation of NRS 590.010 to 590.150 , inclusive. 2. In addition to any criminal penalty that may be imposed, a person who violates any provision of NRS 590.010 to 590.150 , inclusive, is subject to a civil penalty in accordance with the schedule of civil penalties established by the State Sealer of Measurement Standards pursuant to subsection 1.
