1. It is unlawful for a person to misbrand commercial feed. 2. For the purposes of subsection 1, commercial feed is misbranded if: (a) The label on the commercial feed does not meet the requirements set forth in NRS 587.885 or is false or misleading; (b) Any word, statement or other information required to appear on the label pursuant to NRS 587.885 is: (1) Not prominently or conspicuously displayed on the label; or (2) Written in a way that is likely to be misunderstood by a person under the conditions of customary purchase and use; or (c) The commercial feed is distributed under the name of a different commercial feed.
