1. Distribute means: (a) To offer for sale, sell, exchange or barter commercial feed; or (b) To supply, furnish or otherwise provide commercial feed to a contract feeder. 2. As used in this section, contract feeder has the meaning ascribed to it in NRS 587.863 .
