It
is unlawful for any person within this state:
1. To detach, alter, deface or destroy any
label provided for in NRS 587.015 to 587.123 , inclusive, or in the rules and
regulations adopted pursuant thereto.
2. To alter or substitute seed contrary to
the provisions of NRS 587.015 to 587.123 , inclusive, or the rules and
regulations adopted pursuant thereto.
3. To disseminate any false or misleading
advertisements concerning seeds subject to NRS
587.015 to 587.123 , inclusive.
4. To hinder or obstruct in any way any
authorized person in the performance of duties under NRS 587.015 to 587.123 , inclusive.
5. To violate a stop-sale order.
6. To use the word trace as a substitute
for any statement which is required on a label.
7. To use the word type in any labeling
in connection with the name of any agricultural seed variety.
