The labeling of containers for seeds of flowers in containers other than packets prepared for use in home gardens or plantings for households must state, in addition to the requirements of NRS 587.091 : 1. For all kinds of seeds of flowers: (a) The name of the kind and variety or a statement of the characteristics of type and performance as prescribed in the regulations adopted under paragraph (g) of subsection 1 of NRS 587.083 ; (b) The number or other identification of the lot; (c) The month and year the seed was tested for germination or the year for which the seed was packaged; and (d) The name and address of the person who labeled the seed, or who sells or offers the seed for sale within this state. 2. In addition, for those kinds of seeds for which standard procedures for testing are prescribed: (a) The percentage of germination, exclusive of hard seed; and (b) The percentage of hard seed, if present.
