Prohibited noxious weed seed defined

Prohibited
noxious weed seed means the seeds of noxious weeds which are prohibited from
being present in agricultural, vegetable, flower, tree or shrub seed due to
being highly destructive and difficult to control in this State by ordinary
good cultural or chemical practice.
